Yes, but COM/Java modules use those abilities inside PHP object model. You
want to change PHP object model so that you could implement COM/CORBA
component (generally speaking). While the first is great (using COM
components inside PHP), I don't see why one needs the second (writing COM
component in PHP), neither I see easy way to enable PHP to do it without
making it something very different from what it is now. It is not exactly
the language to do it, as of now.
