So, no news on this for about 2 Months. Before I start the vote I'd like to add a note that says:
If you have objections against the "P_" prefix, please mention which prefix is the one you prefer in the comment of your vote. Every positive or conditional vote with such a comment will be counted and the prefix with the most votes will be used. A positive vote without a comment is a vote for "P_". Prefixes which have arised during the creation of this proposal are: P_, Pear_, PEAR_. You are free to chose your own.
