I agree with Joe and Ian. Prefixing PEAR_ makes absolutely no sense at
this point in time. It would only add a lot of confusion, and bad things
can happen!
I call for a just a little restraint. At the very least, we should atleast
wait until the new pearweb is all sorted out.
