I could have sworn, I already did that ;-).
The user reported, that he had problems using PHPDoc with PHP 4.0.6.
When trying to document on of his projects, he got the message:
IntegratedTemplate Error: The name of a block must be unique within a
template. Found '__global__' twice. Unpredictable results may

The problem was solved by replacing the PEAR files that came with
PHP 4.0.6 with the files from PHP 4.0.5.
