And like both Stig and I said, there is no requirement for PEAR code to be
in the PHP CVS tree. Some of it will however be kept there, but anybody
is free to contribute PEAR modules to the PEAR repository. You continue
to see problems where there are none.
And to be honest, once you started calling the whole Open Source movement
a communist movement, I stopped reading... You should sit down and read
some of the things written by Eric Raymond, Bruce Perens and Richard
Stallman.
