I didn't really follow this thread, so don't kill me if I say something
wrong ;)
Stig, I think Manuel is afraid of everybody being able to commit files via
cvs to one's own project, but he, afaict, wants to be able to reject or
accept patches and commit those himself. Not sure, though...
