"The truth" in this case can only be relative and very personal.
As far as I'm concerned, everyone of you can be speaking "the truth".
IMO this whole thread, and especially your messages Manuel, is not
helping to restore any "truth". On the contrary the effect is
spreading a lot of FUD (Fear Uncertainty Doubt), which causes harm
and bad-will for everybody trying to follow this PHP-list.
If you have any patches, submissions, ideas etc, please bring them
to the list in a *concise* manner! There are far to many words
and to little content from you. What is it that you really want?
If your goal is to make everybody say, "Yes, you we're badly
treated and Rasmus is a bad guy" - forget it, it's never going
to happen.
If this continues any longer, I propose we start a new list:
"php-hurt-feelings@lists.php.net", where we all can share our
inner traumas. But lets stop doing it on the main lists, where
we should have a constructive and collaborative discussion on
the development and usage of PHP.
(And what has it all got to do with "php and MS SQL Server",
which is what we *really* ought to talk about under this
subject-line ???).
