Odd - I have to turn down job offers on almost a daily basis for high level, high paying PHP jobs. If you look in dice.com (the place I found my current job) you will find AT LEAST 100 jobs with a search for "PHP MySQL". Contract work just keeps pouring in as well - it's not the marketing behind PHP it's how you market yourself. Everyone's dream job is attainable - you just need to work at it (I'm 20 and working at a large .com using PHP/Linux/MySQL and making about 2x what my parents do ... so don't say they aren't out there) So brush up your resume and hit the streets! I rank high for "PHP resume" and "MySQL resume" on altavista and a few others and *actually* get hits to my resume from there! If you want I can make a mailing list for all the jobs I've been turning down :O) --Joe On Mon, Oct 30, 2000 at 03:25:30PM -0800, Michael Collins wrote: > At 5:53 PM -0500 10/30/00, Kulkarni, Vikram wrote: > >It is the old chicken-and-egg problem.
