Guess you're right (contradicting myself) we're getting too offended by
comparing OUR idols to other's ...
Still it is not that bad as they say, or at least they should have mention
more positive aspects of PHP.

Yes, but it's an add-on, when it should be a standard feature.

I think so, actually.
An IDE is not an editor that does syntax highlighting. It's a much
more tightly integrated development environment more like Delphi or
JBuilder. It's not Notepad on steroids.
They've made good points in the article, I think everyone should
back down, take a breath and stop taking it as a shot at their
religion.
