Hell, here's another bit:

When is a famous PHP person *not* representing the project in public? Any time anyone says
anything, it can be credibly tied back to the fact that "Person X is present in your project;
do you really want them to say things like they just did?"
It is fascist: it binds one's personal life to the project through politics, limiting all
speech on any topic. Everything inside the code of conduct, nothing outside the code of conduct,
nothing against the code of conduct.
