And bug.php.net And the harassser can still go in and "help tidy up" any commits they make with sarky comments. And so on..... But the basic point is that the person who is getting harassed has to spend energy to avoid the problem. f they've got a legitimate complaint and have already received enough crap to justify a complaint, are they actually going to do that, or are they just going to say 'forget PHP' and go off to a work on something where they don't need to put up with crap?
