If I remember correctly Tobias is working on it. Perhaps he can give is
a clue.

I wouldn't want to interrupt development on the website until the
relaunch becomes reality. So far there are no concrete plans, and I
also do not think that anyone will find the time to rewrite all the code
behind the website soon.
