Hi, all,
I think Alexey's ".su" email address should be a broad hint as to why he may have a distrust of authority and a need for transparency. I tend to agree that persons in positions of government (whether political or project-based) should default to transparency and not opaqueness. This is not a slam on you guys, just that we who cannot see would like to see. -- Paul M. Jones Savant: the simple alternative to Smarty. http://phpsavant.com/Might it be possible or feasible to have a separate mailing list for the account requests? I can see why a developers' group would want to know about proposals or pre-proposals, but I'm not clear on the account-requests part.Adding yet another list for this seems to be maintaince overkill. Generally it all comes down to trust. While I hope that Alexey's level of mistrust into the group is not representative of the community at large, however this way we can make the process more transparent with no additional administrative overhead. I guess internals@ works the same way.
