How so? Seems easy to me: go to the package home page and click on the
"Package Bugs" or "View documentation" links.

Seems like our sitting here, continually talking about what we think about
x, y and z is a community. Is there something similar at SF? I had the
impression that each project is an autonomous entity. Doesn't sound like
a community to me.
